Event services are customized and governed by the signed proposal or contract.

Contract controls
Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling and refund eligibility follow the applicable signed agreement.
How to request
Submit a written request through your event contact with the event number and payment reference.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
